Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people focused administrator to join our People Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience; supporting every stage of the employee life cycle, keeping our systems and records running smoothly, and being the first point of contact for people related queries.
You’ll also get involved in ad-hoc People projects, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and help shape how we work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Employee Life Cycle
You’ll play a key role in making every stage of the employee journey feel smooth, consistent, and well supported. From the moment someone accepts an offer to their final day with us, you’ll help ensure processes run efficiently, documentation is accurate, and every employee feels properly guided. You’ll be part of the steady operational heartbeat that keeps everything running behind the scenes. Below are some of the tasks that you can expect to do within this role.

Beyond day-to-day lifecycle tasks, you’ll also part of how the People Team operates and evolves. You’ll provide hands on support across a variety of initiatives, help keep our processes running smoothly, and contribute to projects that improve the employee experience.
