If you have

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; M.S. preferred
  • 4–8 years of structural analysis experience in the aerospace industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency with industry FEA tools (MSC Nastran/Patran, ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperWorks, or similar) for both linear and nonlinear analysis
  • Strong command of solid mechanics, structural dynamics/vibration, stability/buckling, and fatigue & fracture mechanics
  • Experience with metallic and composite aerospace structures and lightweight design
  • Test correlation experience (static, vibration, fatigue) and data reduction skills
  • Hands-on experience with multibody dynamics (MBD) analysis and related tools (e.g., MSC Adams, Simpack).

YOU are the talent we've been looking for!

What will you bring to us?

For Turkish Aerospace Pakistan, you will

  • Own end-to-end structural analysis of assigned subsystems (wing, fuselage, empennage, landing gear, fuel systems, or mechanisms)
  • Perform preliminary structural sizing and develop the structural layout (spar, rib, and frame architecture) of airframe components.
  • Familiarity with structural certification processes and relevant standards (e.g., applicable airworthiness/military requirements).
  • Develop and execute FE analyses, including contact and linear buckling assessments.
  • Conduct classical hand calculations to validate FEA results and confirm structural margins.
  • Define load cases, material allowables, and design margins; establish and document the analysis methodology and assumptions.
  • Perform modal and harmonic/vibration analyses and interpret dynamic behavior of structures.
  • Plan and support structural tests; correlate FE predictions with test and flight data and refine models accordingly.
  • Review and check junior engineers’ models and reports; provide technical mentorship.
  • Prepare and present analysis reports and substantiation to internal stakeholders and design reviews.

What makes you standout?

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with UAV/aircraft airframe development across the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with structural certification processes and relevant standards (e.g., applicable airworthiness/military requirements).
  • Experience mentoring engineers or leading analysis work packages.
