Social Media Analyst/Customer Support Agent

Join our fast growing company as a Social Media Analyst with English C1 language skills.

It is a remote full time position.

Start date: ASAP

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM - 5:30PM EST

• Compensation – 400 USD/month during probation period(3 month) , 400 + 50 USD Bonus after probation .
• Training will be provided by the company and the client;

Your responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth Internet investigations

- Administer identity resolution processes to ensure the accuracy of the content

- Analysis of online content for any red-flag behaviors

- Compile quick and concise client reports

- Self-monitoring of required performance metrics

- Regular communication with product managers and team members to ensure high-

quality products and client satisfaction

- Profile Confirmation (PC), Post Rate (PR), and Web Content (WC)

• English at the C1/C2 level;
• Analytic investigation skills
• Organized and dedicated
• Previous Social Media experience
• Smart and critical thinker;
• Tech savvy
• Previous Customer Support experience
• Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
