Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead wind turbine installation projects, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant execution.
• Coordinate internal and external partners through all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and manage contracts.
• Oversee project costing, control, reporting, and key performance indicators.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while demonstrating assertiveness.
• Structured, reliable, and quality-oriented approach to work.
