We are looking for an English Content Writer to join our growing team and help craft world-class content that resonates with traders and partners across multiple markets.

Role Overview

  • Develop high-impact marketing copy for landing pages, banners, video scripts, email campaigns, social media, and partner communications.
  • Simplify complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and compliant content
  • Uphold and refine HFM’s tone of voice, messaging consistency, and brand positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, and regional teams to deliver multi-market, multi-language campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior writers, reviewing their work to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in creating content frameworks, templates, and guidelines that streamline content production across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content for promotions, marketing campaigns, seminars/webinars, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all copy is compliant with industry regulations and optimised for translation/localisation.
  • Support the Head of Content in conceptualizing campaign narratives and creative directions.
  • Conduct competitor reviews and keep abreast of industry trends and advertising best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior writers and contribute to team training and development.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably within financial services, fintech, or iGaming.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, concise, and conversion-driven copy.
  • Experience producing content for digital campaigns (Meta, GDN, YouTube, LinkedIn), websites, and email marketing.
  • Strong grasp of trading, financial instruments, and brokerage industry language.
  • Excellent command of English (native-level fluency); additional Asian languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Editorial mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
  • A collaborative leader who can guide junior writers while handling their own deliverables.
