Description

Support Retail Analytics by delivering MIS, campaign performance tracking, and dashboard releases to enable data-driven decisions. Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness, reporting efficiency, and business performance.

Principal Responsibilities:

MIS & Dashboard reporting:

  • Develop and maintain regular MIS reports for tracking KPI performance
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
  • Provide latest data insights on business performance, campaigns, and customer metrics
  • Continuously enhance dashboard usability and visualization standards

Campaign Analytics:

  • Track and analyze marketing campaigns for key customer segments and performance measurement
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support customer-level analytics for improving campaign conversion rates

Data Analysis & Support:

  • Extract, and analyze data using SAS, Python, SQL, or similar tools
  • Support business teams with data-driven insights and ad hoc analysis requirements from time to time
  • Assist in identifying key trends and sharing business or campaign opportunities with business team

Job Specific Competencies (required):

  • Hands-on experience in SAS / Python / SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Expertise in Power BI or other visualization tools
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard development
  • Understanding of campaign analytics and customer segmentation
  • Data handling, validation, and reporting automation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of streams i.e. Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree would be preferred.

Professional Certifications:

  • Certifications in Data Analytics, BI tools, or Programming (e.g., Power BI, Python, SAS) are advantageous.

Minimum Experience:

5-6 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics (preferably in Retail Banking).
