Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring quality hires in record time.

- Contract Management & Onboarding: Own the preparation of employment contracts and design a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

- Performance Management: Coordinate and drive the internal performance appraisal framework to foster growth and accountability across teams.

- Data Integrity: Maintain a zero-compromise standard for the management and security of highly confidential HR records and personnel files.

- Payroll Administration: Seamlessly prepare and submit monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Benefits Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) partner, managing enrollments and resolving employee queries.

- Background & Reference Verifications: Professionally process bi-weekly employment and academic reference requests for previous Decagon employees and software engineers (Decadevs).

- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance standards across the entire employee lifecycle.

- Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee work tools provisioning, optimized allocation, and strict inventory control to keep the team fully equipped.

- Workplace Coordination: Act as a central bridge for day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative initiatives that support a productive work environment.

- Ad-Hoc Support: Handle other related tasks & projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements & Skillsets

- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in HR, Operations, or a similar administrative role.

- Professional Certification: CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) or similar HR certification is strongly preferred.

- AI-Forward Mindset: An innovative professional who expertly integrates AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, specialized HR automation) to exponentially multiply productivity and execution speed.

- Education: Strong academic qualifications with a record of excellence.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally.

- Tech-Savviness: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong presentation and data management skills.

- Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a high degree of resourcefulness.

- Agility: Proven ability to thrive, prioritize, and self-manage in a high-octane, fast-paced environment.

- Autonomy: A strong sense of accountability and the confidence to take initiative within reasonable limits.

- Discretion: High emotional intelligence and an unimpeachable sense of integrity when handling sensitive organizational and personal data.

- Work Type: Full-time Staff

- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote per week)
