The Role
As part of a maternity leave replacement (starting in September 2026), we are looking for a highly proficient Group Marketing Coordinator with a strong emphasis on B2B campaigns in order to strengthen our brand visibility and generate business opportunities glocally.

What You'll Do (not exhaustive)
- Campaign support – Execute global and local marketing campaigns across channels (emailing, events, digital)
- Content coordination – Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies (designers, copywriters, video producers) to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time and in full
- LinkedIn management – Plan, schedule, and publish content; track performance metrics
- Website content support – Update and publish content (case studies, insights, service pages) in collaboration with key stakeholders and our group digital marketing manager.
- Event coordination – Identify relevant B2B events and coordinate EFESO's presence
- Calendar management – Maintain content, event, and campaign calendars worldwide
- CRM & email campaigns – Manage and implement email campaigns through EFESO's CRM and marketing automation platform; support client relationship campaigns and sales follow-up tracking
- Internal communications – Manage intranet updates and weekly e-newsletter
- Reporting – Track and report on campaign performance across channels and regions
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in B2B marketing & communications coordination, ideally in consulting, professional services, or a matrix organization
- Hands-on experience updating website content (CMS) and managing LinkedIn at a corporate level
- Fluent in English (French is a strong plus)
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Good experience in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable coordinating across multiple countries and stakeholders
