Information Technology Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure including servers, NAS, firewalls, and networking equipment.
• Support daily IT operations such as user account management, software installations, and hardware setup.
• Help monitor backup systems and ensure data integrity across local and cloud platforms.
• Document IT procedures and update internal knowledge base.
• Provide technical support to staff on issues related to Windows, Office, and other business applications.
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• :Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• .Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT support
• .Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms
• .Good communication and problem-solving skills
• .Able to work independently and in a team environment
• .Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 to 6 months
