Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates to join us as Management Trainees. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions, helping candidates build a strong foundation in management, operations, and corporate processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination across departments
• Work closely with different teams to understand business workflows
• Participate in client coordination and internal meetings
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes
• Learn and contribute to process improvements and execution

Requirements

• MBA (Completed or Pursuing)
• Strong communication skills with fluent English
• Basic understanding of management principles and business operations
