We are looking for a hands‑on Regional Sales Specialist who enjoys working with data, understands market dynamics, and takes ownership of execution — someone who turns analysis into action and supports strong commercial performance across European markets.

About the Role:

As Regional Sales Specialist, you support the Regional General Manager Sales and the broader sales organization in driving operational excellence across vehicle sales activities. You operate at the intersection of sales performance, product and pricing, and market intelligence, ensuring that decisions are backed by accurate data, clear insights and well‑structured analysis. From budget tracking to pricing support and market analysis, you play a key role in ensuring sales activities are aligned with business objectives and market realities.

What you’ll do:

  • Sales Performance & Budget Monitoring; track sales performance and budgets, identify deviations and provide clear insights on root causes, risks and opportunities.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis; analyse market developments, pricing strategies and competitors’ product positioning to support effective sales and marketing decisions.
  • Pricing & Commercial Support; support pricing discussions and negotiations with distributors by providing structured analysis on product positioning, price levels and volume strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting; collect, analyse and interpret data to generate insights, prepare reports and support decision‑making across sales teams and management.
  • Business Performance Metrics; develop, monitor and improve key performance indicators to ensure visibility and control over sales activities and outcomes.
  • Insights & Recommendations; translate data and analysis into clear recommendations to improve sales performance, profitability and market positioning.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance; contribute to improving processes, tools and reporting standards, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.

You are comfortable working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders located in different countries and changing priorities.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, business analysis or a comparable role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Understanding of market dynamics, pricing and commercial processes
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • You live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Amstelveen office, or are willing to relocate (at your own cost) to within a radius of 50 km from Amstelveen
  • For non‑EU citizens: you must hold a valid work permit allowing you to work in the European Union at the time of application
