Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Company’s AI solutions meet the operational and strategic needs of our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, client-focused problem-solving abilities, and expertise in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Working closely with customer success and delivery teams, you will support the Director - Customer Success in optimizing solution delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and improving overall service quality.
This role is a full-time position based in India (remote).
Key responsibilities
Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with their strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to translate client needs into technical requirements, workflows, and specifications for development and delivery teams.
- Document and maintain a detailed record of client requirements, use cases, and deliverables, providing clarity and direction throughout the solution lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Analyze client and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to recommend enhancements in delivery processes and client engagement practices.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify areas for process improvement within the delivery organization, proposing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes, enabling scalability and consistency in client experiences.
- Support the Director - Customer Success in implementing best practices for project management, documentation, and communication.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on client requirements and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.
- Assist in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and regular client meetings, gathering feedback and documenting outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in business analysis is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within a delivery-focused or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating client requirements into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or SaaS products is a plus, as well as experience in the financial or technology sectors.
