Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks a qualified Service Aftersales Specialist within the development of its activities in Istanbul to work with our Service Department and fill the following position in daily operations:
Job Description
- Define and analyze aftersales opportunities in the region, collaborating with different functions to provide required services and negotiate pricing.
- Ensure seamless SAP integration of aftersales activities, tracking quotations versus actuals for accurate reporting.
- Prepare detailed service sales calculations for service contract renewals to support ongoing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver required services and negotiate pricing effectively.
- Monitor and track quotations versus actuals to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of aftersales activities and service contract renewals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience min. of 2 years in aftersales, service sales, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Educational background in engineering is a plus
