Key Responsibilities

Business & Project Execution Support

  • Assist the GM in tracking key strategic projects, monitor departmental progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct market and business data analysis, produce regular analytical reports to support data-driven business decisions.

Coordination & Communication Hub

  • Manage and support key meetings, serve as a central communication point for internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient information flow and alignment.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings, draft meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and systematically organize business documents and reports.

Business Development & Opportunity Identification

  • Proactively conduct market research, assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities to support business expansion.
  • Participate in business planning and execution, and support the exploration of new products, partnerships, or markets.

Relationship Management & Collaboration

  • Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory authorities; participate in business negotiations and events.
  • Act as a facilitator in cross-team collaboration to drive strong alignment, efficiency, and cultural integration.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of work experience, preferably with exposure to business analysis, project coordination, administration, or strategy support.
  • Passionate about business and growth-oriented, with willingness to take challenges and ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong academic background and quick learning ability.
  • Excellent logical thinking, analytical skills, and data sensitivity, with the ability to summarize insights and support decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and cross-team collaboration skills; able to interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
