Architect Sales Engineer – Sanitaryware Division

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales of sanitaryware products by building relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Promote and specify company sanitaryware solutions in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities in the market.
• Prepare product presentations, technical submittals, quotations, and proposals.
• Provide design and product recommendations based on project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, project follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sanitaryware business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sanitaryware, building materials, or construction-related sales.
• Strong knowledge of sanitaryware products, bathroom solutions, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a strong sales and business development mindset.
• Valid driving license.
