Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) position located in Dubai. The COO will oversee daily operations, develop and execute strategic business plans, manage budgeting and finance processes, and ensure efficient operations while aligning the company's resources with its goals. The role also entails analyzing performance data, setting key performance metrics, and driving operational excellence across all departments. Additionally, the COO will play an integral role in fostering innovation and growth within the organization.

Role will be in a new startup, going from 0 to 1 & 1 to later stages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management with proven leadership experience.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Expertise in Finance and Budgeting to optimize resource allocation and monitor financial performance.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
• A minimum of 5 years of executive-level management experience, with a focus on operations and strategic growth.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
