Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to join our on-site team in Noida Sector 63. The role involves connecting with IT professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through our recruitment and career support services. You will be responsible for generating leads, counseling candidates, explaining service offerings, maintaining relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. You will work closely with the recruitment and training teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and successful placements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Sales, Recruitment, Career Counseling, or Client Acquisition
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Strong Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
  • Prior experience in EdTech, Recruitment, Staffing, Career Consulting, or BPO Sales is an advantage
  • Understanding of the IT industry and recruitment process is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and counsel IT candidates regarding career opportunities and recruitment services
  • Explain company offerings, including resume building, interview preparation, job marketing, and placement support
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with recruiters and trainers to ensure candidate success
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
