Position Summary

SHEIN Canada is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across warehouse operations. This role will focus on data analysis, process optimization, SOP standardization, and performance improvement across inbound, outbound, inventory management, labor planning, and 3PL operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven problem solver with strong warehouse operations knowledge and the ability to turn insights into practical actions that improve productivity, quality, cost, and SLA performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, labor planning, and 3PL processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, waste, and inefficiencies through KPI analysis, operational data review, floor observations, workflow studies, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and SLA achievement.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to reduce errors, improve throughput, increase UPH/PPH, and lower cost per unit.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support warehouse leadership in creating and executing short-term and long-term process improvement roadmaps.
  • Partner with warehouse managers, supervisors, 3PL teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement process changes and ensure consistent execution.
  • Create, update, and standardize SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Track project progress, measure improvement results, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support new process launches, system enhancements, and special projects related to warehouse and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain operations, process improvement, logistics, industrial engineering, or operational analytics.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail distribution, 3PL, fulfillment center, or fast-paced warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with WMS, TMS, ERP, labor management systems, or other warehouse operation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, process mapping, time studies, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs such as UPH, PPH, SLA, DPMO, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, productivity, quality, and labor utilization.
  • Experience managing or supporting cross-functional improvement projects from planning to implementation.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
