Associate in our Immigration team will support corporate clients with immigration processes for their employees in Belgium, ensuring compliance with local immigration regulations and delivering high-quality client service. You will manage cases end-to-end and collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage visa and work permit applications for Belgium
- Prepare and review immigration documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a point of contact for clients and employees
- Advise on immigration procedures, timelines, and risks
- Liaise with Belgian authorities, embassies, and external providers
- Maintain accurate case records and provide status updates
- Support billing processes (time recording) and ensure commercial awareness
- Stay up to date with Belgian immigration laws and regulations
Preferred Skills And Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in immigration, global mobility, or HR services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong asset)

Additional Details
- Location: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp. After the initial learning period, this job is offered in a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office.
