Purpose of the position:
- Responsible for advising the company and employees on health and safety legislation and compliance. Develops and implements company policies, plans and professional standards, meeting any changes to legal or operational requirements. Responsible for maintaining effective programs in the areas of Occupational Safety, Fire Prevention and Industrial Hygiene that meet both governmental regulations and corporate objectives of cost reduction.
Responsibilies:
- Coordinate EHF Compliance, Operational Excellence in EMEA.
- Interfacing with 3rd parties and Lexmark & Xerox country representatives to understand and comply with legal requirements for accurate and on time eWaste, packaging, and batteries, reports, declarations to local authorities.
- PO & Invoice management
- Data gathering & reporting
- PO related Vendor management in the system
- Purchase Order management
- Invoice management
- Database maintenance
- Support local subsidiaries by providing declarations, answering questions, ensuring
- follow-up of fees payment
- Support operating a Compliance management system to ensure compliance and correct fee
- payment on global level
- Support in collecting sales and packaging data and send them to the global level subcontractor
- in charge of performing the declarations.
- Support in monitoring and controlling invoicing payment to subcontractors.
- Control fees payment by Countries.
Education and experience:
- Graduate in Quality & Environment engineering, or other higher education + 3 years of relevant multinational experience
- MS Office standard skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Power Point
- Personality with a systematic approach, who understands complex issues, works well both
- individually and as part of a team and also has a natural will to help others
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken
- Proven problem-solving experience with process/operations focus.
- Business acumen and sensitivity to costs
- Precise and has an attention to details.
