Hiring: Payroll Specialist | Amana, IA, Racine, WI, or Tulsa, OK

We are looking for an onsite Payroll Specialist (Senior Representative, Payroll) to join our Global HR organization! This multi-location role offers the flexibility to sit at our Amana, Racine, or Tulsa facilities.

The Role: You will manage time and attendance compilation for bi-weekly payrolls, perform data audits, ensure compliance, and provide direct, face-to-face support and training for our local teams and supervisors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in Payroll, Timekeeping, or Data Entry
• Preferred: Experience with Kronos/UKG, working in union environments, or an FPC certification.
