Our Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an analyst, support, or product-focused role
  • Knowledge of product development processes
  • Ability to analyze feedback and turn it into meaningful insights and actionable outcomes
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Excel and presentation tools

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and partner requests related to products and services
  • Identify problems, user needs, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations for Product teams
  • Provide suggestions to improve products and customer experience
  • Participate in task analysis together with the Product Office team
  • Take part in testing product changes and updates
  • Monitor the implementation of changes and their impact on support operations
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams and other departments
