We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 8–11 years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance, or Administrative Management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management and executives.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and executive calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Organize corporate events, meetings, and executive visits.
- Develop and improve administrative processes and office procedures.
- Ensure a professional and well-organized working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
