We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 8–11 years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance, or Administrative Management.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management and executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and executive calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Organize corporate events, meetings, and executive visits.
  • Develop and improve administrative processes and office procedures.
  • Ensure a professional and well-organized working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
