Job Description

  • The Customer Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing technical sales support for avl products and solutions.
  • This role combines technical understanding and commercial responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.
  • The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support project execution.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Electrification area
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, HQ) for solution alignment
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical/commercial solutions
  • Monitor sales pipeline and report progress internally
  • Support project execution as a cutomer interface
  • Profice market feedabck and insights to management and product teams
  • Collaborate with global teams (e.g., HQ Graz) when required

Profile Description

  • Junior lever
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English communication skills (required for HQ/customer interaction)
  • Driver's License
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with a technical understanding of automotive and electrification systems are preferred.
