About the Role
As the People & Culture Advisor, you will be a key on-site business partner supporting our Millmerran operations across the Mine and Power Station.
Reporting to the EGM – People & Culture, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager, this role provides first-line advice and delivery across employee and industrial relations, workforce lifecycle processes, recruitment and core people initiatives.
You will work closely with leaders and employees to provide practical, timely support, while contributing to the effective delivery of P&C strategy and enabling operational performance. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of autonomy, judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, safety-critical environment.
This role is primarily site-based at Millmerran.
