The CEO, China will be responsible for leading the overall business strategy, commercial growth, and organizational development for the company’s enterprise solutions business in the China market. This role requires a seasoned executive with strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of industrial customers, and a proven track record in driving large‑scale commercial success within complex B2B environments.

The CEO will oversee sales, marketing, operations, and strategic partnerships, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market positioning across key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, energy, and other industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define market strategy — Develop and execute the China business strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive business expansion — Identify new growth opportunities, industry segments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead organizational development — Build a high‑performing leadership team and strengthen overall organizational capability.

Commercial Management

  • Own P&L performance — Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Strengthen customer relationships — Engage with C‑level stakeholders across major industrial clients.
  • Oversee enterprise solution sales — Guide sales strategy, key account management, and large deal execution.

Industry & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Develop strategic partnerships — Build alliances with ecosystem partners, integrators, and industry associations.
  • Represent the company externally — Act as the face of the business in China for industry events, government relations, and media.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational efficiency — Optimize processes, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Drive transformation initiatives — Lead digital, organizational, and cultural transformation to support long‑term growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Leadership & Management

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, industrial technology, automation, digital transformation, or related B2B sectors.
  • Proven success in leading large teams and managing multi‑regional or national organizations.
  • Strong P&L ownership experience with a track record of delivering sustained business growth.

Industry Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of industrial customers, including manufacturing, automotive, electronics, energy, or equipment sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise‑level solutions such as digital transformation, industrial systems, automation, or operational technologies.

Commercial Capability

  • Demonstrated ability to win and manage large, complex deals.
  • Strong network and credibility with C‑level stakeholders in industrial enterprises.
  • Experience in building and scaling commercial organizations.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
  • Fluent English preferred; international experience is a plus.
