We are looking for a People Analytics Lead who is strategic, insightful, and collaborative to join our Human Resources team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium. In this highly visible role, you will shape our Global People Analytics agenda, influence executive decision-making, and help build a more data-driven organization.

About The Role

You will define and drive the Global People Analytics Strategy, ensuring workforce data and insights support better business and talent decisions. You will translate business questions into high-value analytics initiatives and shape how data is used responsibly and effectively across the organization. Working across teams, you will enable data-driven decision-making while ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and Lead the Global People Analytics strategy aligned with business and workforce priorities.
  • Define how to make HR processes and teams more data-driven.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear analytics use cases and actionable insights.
  • Establish standards, governance, and ethical guidelines for using workforce data responsibly.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed analytics into talent, workforce, and organizational decisions.
  • Shape the People data foundation to enable advanced analytics, including predictive insights.
  • Drive adoption and demonstrate the value of analytics through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders by turning complex workforce data into compelling stories and recommendations.

For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) together with significant experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or related Leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to define analytics strategies and influence decision-making in complex, global organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling skills for senior audiences.
  • Deep understanding of workforce data, analytics methodologies, and responsible data use.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Experience working across teams and cultures in a global, matrix-style environment.
