Your Rol

eAs a Senior Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the IT Infrastructure team, guiding, developing, and ensuring the execution of activities in line with organizational objectives, as well as current hardware and software policies, standards, and procedures

.Your role will be to ensure the quality, stability, and evolution of the infrastructure environment, acting as a technical reference for the team and as a connection point between local needs and global guidelines

.You will work closely with IT teams across the Americas, including Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and Canada, promoting alignment, consistency in the application of corporate standards, sharing best practices, and supporting regional and global initiatives

.In addition, you will participate in both strategic projects and operational demands, contributing to the delivery of technology solutions that drive efficiency and performance across the company’s operations
