Your impact:

  • Lead and coordinate transformation and consulting initiatives across multiple business areas.
  • Support the definition and implementation of target operating models, ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational processes.
  • Map, analyze, and document existing processes to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive process implementation activities, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
  • Prepare project governance materials, status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the establishment of project methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.

🎯 What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Consulting, or Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, operational models, and organizational transformation projects.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across different business functions and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint for executive presentations and project communication.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is highly valued.
  • Experience working in international and fast-paced environments is a plus.

🎓 Your background:

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Languages:

English – Fluent (mandatory)
