Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field,
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or media management, on the advertiser side or within a leading media agency,
  • Previous people management and team leadership experience,
  • Strong knowledge of offline media channels, particularly TV, as well as radio, OOH, print, and cinema,
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets,
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
  • Experience with media measurement, research, and performance evaluation tools,
  • Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all offline media activities, including TV, radio, OOH, cinema, and other traditional media channels,
  • Develop annual and campaign-specific media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives; collaborate closely with global teams to localize media strategies and implement best practices,
  • Manage media agencies and partners to ensure high-quality planning, buying, execution, and reporting,
  • Oversee offline media budgets, including planning, tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting,
  • Analyze campaign performance and media effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations,
  • Evaluate the impact of media investments on business outcomes and identify opportunities to improve ROI and efficiency,
  • Prepare clear analyses, presentations, strategic recommendations, and post-campaign reviews for internal and global stakeholders,
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, media consumption habits, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks,
  • Partner effectively with Marcom, Finance, Retail Media, and agency teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and strong business results.
