Meet is partnered with a medical communications agency looking for a Freelance Payroll Manager for a 2-month, full-time contract (40 hours/week) with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent position. This is a fully remote role operating on EST hours, with occasional early morning collaboration with UK-based teams.
The Details:
- Must have 5+ years of payroll experience
- Extensive, hands-on Dayforce experience is required
- Manage off-cycle payroll entries and resolve complex payroll issues
- Apply strong payroll knowledge beyond system processing, including payroll calculations, compliance, and problem-solving
- Utilize Excel skills for payroll reporting, auditing, and analysis
- Work independently with minimal oversight and take ownership of payroll operations
- UK payroll experience is preferred but not required
