Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities (preferably Engineering Faculties),
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and at least 5 years of experience in team management,
  • Proven experience in dealer management, sales strategy development, and regional business planning,
  • Advanced command of English; additional APAC region languages are considered an asset,
  • Strong customer orientation with advanced problem-solving capabilities and adherence to corporate procedures,
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications,
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting and result-driven working skills,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities,
  • Willingness and capability to travel extensively,

We are seeking a Territory or Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations across the APAC Region.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities within the assigned region, while developing and executing effective regional sales strategies,
  • Drive the achievement of annual regional sales targets by planning and managing all necessary operational actions,
  • Manage the regional customer portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients,
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify regional opportunities, assess risks, and monitor competitive activities within the region.
  • Review and approve all invoice requests, orders, and shipment schedules in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all regional sales operations comply with technical and commercial standards.
  • Supervise and manage the dealership network within the region, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Represent the company during international business travels, exhibitions, and trade fairs within the region,
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the regional sales team to ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
