Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, based in the Noakhali District. The role involves managing and executing online marketing strategies, creating and overseeing social media campaigns, analyzing website performance through web analytics, and optimizing digital engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and techniques
• Experience in utilizing and interpreting Web Analytics to inform marketing decisions
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proven ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in handling marketing campaigns for diverse industries is a plus
