Accountant

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate maintenance of accounting records for assigned areas.
• Ensuring compliance of all activities with applicable legislation as well as the Company’s internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Identification of potential risks for the Company and proactive work to mitigate them.
• Preparation of required reports for both external stakeholders and internal use within established deadlines.
• Providing consultations to various Company departments within areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Economics or Finance);
• At least 2 years of practical experience in accounting, auditing, financial or tax control;
• Language skills: fluency in Russian; English is preferred;
• Good knowledge of National Accounting Standards of Uzbekistan, taxation, and local legislative requirements;
• Strong computer skills;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
