Zoho is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to drive the development, and scaling of advanced AI solutions. You will play a critical role in building robust, efficient, and scalable AI infrastructure that powers next-generation natural language understanding and generation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize large-scale deep learning models, focusing on LLM architectures such as transformers.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs at scale.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into production-ready systems.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and set best practices for software development and ML engineering.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and NLP, integrating innovations to enhance model capabilities.
- Speak at events and present technology capabilities.
Requirements:
Must haves:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant focus on deep learning and NLP
- Solid software engineering skills, including experience with distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Nice to have:
- Strong expertise with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and frameworks such as PyTorch
- Proficiency in building and managing scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
