Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, OTL, OLM, and Compensation.The role requires hands-on experience in Oracle development tools, HRMS data structures, integrations, reporting, and customizations within Oracle EBS R12 environments. The consultant will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations across Oracle HRMS modules.
- Work on end-to-end technical components including:
- Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- Oracle Reports (RDF)
- BI Publisher (XML Publisher)
- Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound)
- Data Conversions
- Forms Personalization
- Workflow Customization
- APIs and Open Interfaces
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Develop and support integrations with third-party systems such as payroll vendors, banking platforms, and benefits providers.
- Perform impact analysis and prepare technical design documentation.
- Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users during requirement gathering and solution design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to Oracle HRMS.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support data migration, patching, and upgrade activities.
- Provide technical support and enhancements for HRMS reporting and workflows.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (XML Publisher).
- Experience with Oracle Reports development.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Workflow Builder and Workflow Customization.
- Experience developing Interfaces, APIs, and Open Interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 architecture.
- Experience working with HRMS payroll tables and data structures.
- Good understanding of Oracle HRMS data model.
- Experience in data migration and conversion activities.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM is an added advantage.
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS HRMS with third-party applications.

Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS technical development.
- Mandatory experience working in Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Proven experience in developing reports, interfaces, conversions, workflows, APIs, and OAF customizations.
- Experience supporting Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations and integrations.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Oracle HRMS implementations and support projects is highly desirable.
