PURPOSE OF POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Seoul, South Korea, to expand our nationwide project business with a focus on sanitary solution and to deliver Korea sales target in accordance to sales plan.

MAIN TASKS

  • Take full technical and commercial ownership of project business (sanitary products & piping support)
  • Achieving defined sales targets within the assigned market
  • Develop and deliver presentations, seminars, and training for developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and sales funnel through new project acquisition
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
  • Establish and grow a strong network with developers, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and contractors
  • Collaborate with Specification teams and Product Management to ensure technical alignment
  • Actively use CRM tools to manage project pipelines and track activities
  • Support distribution partners, ensuring product availability and smooth order processing
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and manage project execution within pricing structures
