Key Responsibilities
1. HVM data analysis to find abnormal and improvement point
2. Engineering report generation such as weekly, monthly, quarterly yield report and etc…
3. Support MFG line to solve urgent case
4. Regular test related low yield lot verification and disposition
5. Setup test related parameter in control system
6. Communicate with customer on program upgraded qualification and other engineering work in written/oral English
7. Lead load board repair action
8. Optimize HVM SOP for account customer
9. Support EE on machine troubleshooting data analysis
10.Generate/Upgrade Spec/WI for MFG line quality/efficiency enhancement
11.Account PE/contact window for new customer, coordinate NPI to HVM readiness
12.Write 8D report for quality issues with clear logical inference
13.Conference meeting with customer on weekly/monthly review meeting in English
14.Other duty assigned by manager
Requirements
1.Educational background:
· University degree
· Major in electronics or electrical engineering
2. Skills:
· English skill (speaking/listening/writing) is mandatory
· Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
· Good attitude
· Self-motivator and ownership
