Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product development: Provide assistance in the development, trial runs and commercialization process of new products
  • Identify and implement innovative, practical application and modification of ingredients, formulations and process
  • Support Operations and QA to resolve ingredients, formula, process issues and manage product/process changes. Provide support with customer on product information and process capability.
  • Assist in halal documentation and application

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Bachelor degree in food science or its related field
  • Fluent in English & Malay
  • Knowledge in food formulation and product development, analytical testing and sensory evaluation, food regulatory compliance, project management, process scales up and manufacturing support and product development
  • Familiar with food regulatory
