Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Business Development, based in Metro Manila. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of business development initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis, strategizing business plans, managing sales activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, business performance evaluation, and data-driven decision-making
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development of opportunities
• Experience in Sales and relationship management to drive business growth
• Proven expertise in Project Management to ensure efficient execution and delivery of initiatives
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with real estate or property development is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
