Purpose of the Role
Drive revenue growth, strengthen partner relationships, and lead the migration of Cashflow Manager (CFM) customers to future-fit solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Achieve revenue, retention, and migration targets
- Drive customer migration from legacy CFM solutions
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle and maintain a strong pipeline
Partner Management
- Build and grow relationships with CFM Inner Circle members and SA Business Partners
- Develop engagement plans to increase partner performance and joint revenue
- Enable partner-led selling and act as the key relationship owner
Customer Migration & Retention
- Lead customer transitions to Reckon One
- Partner with Customer Engagement and Product teams to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention
Product & Market Engagement
- Deliver demos, training, and workshops
- Support partner capability and represent Reckon at events
- Provide customer and partner insights to internal teams
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasts, and reporting
- Track revenue, migration progress, and partner performance
Key Skills
- Strong sales and partner management experience
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Self-starter with strong organisation and accountability
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel (SA and interstate)
