Description

  • Support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system problems
  • Supporting in performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required
  • Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
  • Assist in maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Assist and help staff with IT matters
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
