Digital Marketing Coordinator/Officer

Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat invites applications from dynamic, innovative, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator / Officer.

Essential Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media / MBA (Marketing) or any other related discipline from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience

· Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, Media Promotion, or Online Campaign Management.

· Candidates with experience in Educational Institutions / Universities will be preferred. marketing with a proven track record

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the University’s digital outreach and branding activities, including but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Managing and monitoring Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
• Website management, content updates, and SEO optimization.
• Planning and executing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Creating engaging digital content including graphics, videos, promotional materials, and newsletters.
• Monitoring campaign performance through analytics and preparing performance reports.
• Enhancing online visibility, branding, and reputation management of the University.
• Coordinating promotional activities for admissions, events, conferences, workshops, and institutional achievements.
• Managing email marketing campaigns and digital communication.
• Staying updated with latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and online engagement practices.
