We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented "Digital Marketing Operations Specialist" who takes ownership, learns fast, and thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

About This Role

  • You already have 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience and want a role where your work affects both reporting and how campaigns are actually run. This role sits between digital marketing analytics and day-to-day marketing operations. You'll analyze performance data across multiple channels, build the dashboards teams actually use, and step into operational workflows when needed.
  • This is not an entry-level position, and it's not a senior one either. It requires early-stage professional experience specifically in digital marketing and analytics. The first few months will heavily prioritize structured training, so your motivation for learning and speed of adoption matter as much as what you already know.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that Performance Marketing, SEO, and Database Marketing teams use to make daily decisions.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance, identify issues and opportunities, and turn findings into clear next steps.
  • Share learnings and best practices with relevant stakeholders across marketing.
  • Serve as a regular operational backup for the Database Marketing team.
  • Reduce manual work by documenting processes and proposing improvements, including AI-assisted automation.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and marketing data analysis.
  • Working proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel. This is required from day one.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, customer segmentation, campaign management, and reporting fundamentals.
  • Clear communication in English, written and verbal.
  • Experience with Google Ads reporting and Google Search Console is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in AI-powered tools and workflow automation. You don't need to know every tool in our stack on day one — what matters is that you understand the fundamentals well enough to learn fast, including with the help of AI.
