Job Description
AR (Accounts Receivable):
- Analyze the accounts receivable portfolio;
- Perform collection activities for overdue invoices;
- Issue payment slips (boletos) when applicable;
- Grant discounts/extensions to customers;
- Assist in setting up credit terms and limits;
- Analyze and release billing orders when necessary.
AP (Accounts Payable)
- Analyze invoices and schedule payments according to due dates;
- Follow up on supplier advance payment items;
- Handle foreign exchange settlements for international suppliers;
- Record completed payments in the system;
- Submit payments for bank approval.
TY (Treasury)
- Control cash inflows and outflows;
- Analyze current cash flow and forecast for upcoming months;
- Perform bank reconciliation and record settlements.
- Support audits on finance-related matters;
- Provide financial support in the preparation of financial statements (FS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance Managment or related fields;
- Desireble knowledge in ERP systems;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Experience in the industrial market will be a differential;
- Advanced English will be a differential;
- Knowledge of SAP system - FI module will be a differential;
