We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership for our core finance functions covering Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, and Financial Reporting. In this role, you will combine strategic steering with hands-on expertise, ensuring financial excellence, strong governance, and robust decision support in a dynamic energy environment.

About the Role

• Actively manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management and controlling processes
• Steer treasury operations including cash flow, liquidity planning, financial risk management and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in line with local GAAP and IFRS
• Ensure effective internal controls, compliance frameworks, and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Support investment planning and monitor capital expenditure while providing financial analyses and insights to support business decisions
• Lead and develop a cross-functional finance team and foster a high-performance culture
• Lead finance transformation initiatives through process improvements and digitalization
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulatory authorities and key stakeholders while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and presenting financial insights to leadership

Job Requirements & Experience

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or banking sector

• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and broader financial compliance requirements

• Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial risk management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights

• Experience with SAP and advanced MS Office applications, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels

• Highly fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken); experience in international business environments is an advantage
