Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, Remote based in must be based in a location listed below. In this position, you will manage regional sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships, while overseeing team performance within the assigned region. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring regional goals align with overall corporate objectives. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and work collaboratively with other departments to enhance customer experience and financial results.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Revenue Growth
  • Demonstrated skills in Relationship Building, Client Retention, and Contract Negotiation
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools, Data Analytics, and Sales Forecasting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or lodging industry
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
