About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Intern to support the day-to-day execution of growth campaigns and marketing work.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s curious, willing to learn, and excited to get hands-on experience across both technical and creative tasks. You don’t need to know everything coming in. We’ll train you on the tools and guide you on how things work.

You’ll work closely with the Growth Manager to build and update landing pages, support paid campaigns, and help run account-based programs. Along the way, you’ll learn how to manage multiple moving parts and keep execution on track in a fast-paced team.

Strong performance in this role can lead to a full-time Growth Associate position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Coordination

Own end-to-end coordination of landing page updates from request to launch

Manage and implement updates in Webflow, including CMS content and page structure

Make basic HTML/CSS changes to support small updates and fixes

QA pages before and after publishing to ensure everything renders correctly

Identify and resolve minor issues, or route to the right stakeholder quickly

2. Paid Campaign Support

Support LinkedIn ad campaigns end-to-end: audience setup, creative briefing, launch, and reporting

Maintain campaign trackers and update performance sheets regularly

Share weekly performance summaries with key insights and flag anomalies

Coordinate with design to ensure creatives are correctly sized and formatted

3. Account-Based Campaign Execution

Research target accounts and identify relevant signals

Assist in building personalized messaging and campaign assets

Maintain account lists, segment data, and ensure data hygiene

Coordinate with sales on account status and flag follow-ups

4. Analysis and Reporting

Track funnel performance and identify drop-off points

Support weekly and monthly reporting

Analyze competitor landing pages, ads, and positioning, and document insights

Document learnings, processes, and SOPs to improve team efficiency
