As our Automotive Project Manager, you will take responsibility for projects from the earliest RFQ phase up to SOP. You will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and customers to ensure every milestone is achieved.

You are the person who keeps everything aligned — from engineering decisions to customer expectations — ensuring that projects move forward and reach SOP successfully.
You will work at our China site, collaborating with local teams and international customers.
🎯 Your Role
As Automotive Project Manager, you will:
• Lead feasibility studies, cost estimation, and project kick-offs during RFQ
• Manage full APQP cycle (Phase 1–5) from start to SOP
• Drive project milestones, timing plans, and gate reviews
• Ensure delivery of key APQP deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan)
• Coordinate and secure on-time PPAP submission
• Monitor trials and drive closure of technical and quality issues
• Act as the main contact for OEM / Tier 1 customers
• Lead project meetings (kick-off, reviews, escalations)
• Manage engineering changes (ECR / ECN)
• Coordinate Engineering, Tooling, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams
• Drive structured problem-solving using 8D methodology
• Identify and manage risks related to quality, cost, and timing
• Implement mitigation actions and drive project progress
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards
• Support customer and internal audits
💡 What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager
• Hands-on experience with full APQP cycle and SOP delivery
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans
• Experience in injection molding or manufacturing processes
• Direct customer interaction experience with OEM / Tier 1
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
• Fluent English for communication, reporting, and customer contact
• A stable career path with clear project ownership experience
