Description

About the Team

The Partner Services team sits at the heart of Auto Europe’s B2B business, managing and growing a portfolio of Travel Agent, Consortia, and Affiliate partners across key markets. The team is structured around Partner Growth, which owns the commercial relationship and long-term development of each partner, and Account Services, which ensures the day-to-day experience is seamless, reliable, and responsive. Together, we act as one cohesive partner-facing function, and the quality of our partners’ experience depends on both sides working closely together. This is a team that takes partner relationships seriously, moves quickly when something needs fixing, and holds itself to a high standard of communication and follow-through.

About the Role

As an Account Associate, you will work alongside Partner Growth Managers to execute the growth plan across a portfolio of Travel Agent (including Consortia) and Affiliate partners. You're responsible for operational health, execution velocity, and project management of the growth initiatives your PGM scopes, turning strategy into delivered outcomes.

Your impact

● Execution velocity: Drive growth initiatives scoped by the PGM from kick-off to measurable result, holding partners accountable to agreed milestones and timelines.

● Operational health: Own day-to-day partner operational performance across your shared portfolio, surfacing integration, conversion and booking-flow issues before they hit revenue

● Scaled support escalation: Act as the escalation point from scaled support channels, resolving partner issues quickly and routing systemic problems to the right product, tech or ops owner.

● Project management discipline: Run the cadence behind monthly commercial reviews, quarterly growth sessions, and feature rollouts — agendas, actions, follow-through — so the PGM walks into every conversation prepared.

What We Are Looking For

● 2–3 years in account management, partner operations, customer success or equivalent execution-led role within a B2B partner or account portfolio.

● Execution mindset. You measure yourself on what shipped and what moved, not what was discussed.

● Strong analytical foundation, able to read performance data, identify the operational lever, and act on it without being told.

● Self-Starter who flags issues early and brings solutions, not just status updates.

● Exposure to API / white label-based product solutions or technically integrated distribution environments is a strong advantage.

● Comfortable holding partners accountable to milestones at a functional and managerial level. You know how to keep things moving without escalating every blocker.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar

● Strong communication skills with operators and mid-level managers. You build trust through consistency, follow-through, and clarity on what happens next.

● Operational acumen. You understand how partner-side workflows, integrations, and reporting actually run, and where they break.

● Experience executing against commercial plans (tracking against targets, monitoring incentive performance, supporting renewal cycles), not negotiating them.

● Collaborative. You know which internal team to pull in, and you do it early.

● Disciplined. You protect the PGM's time by absorbing operational load, and you protect your own time by routing what doesn't belong with you.

● Background in travel distribution, the travel trade, consortia, OTA, metasearch, affiliate or a related digital commerce environment is advantageous but not essential.

● Comfortable in data and reporting tools. You pull your own numbers and build the operational view; you do not wait for it to be sent to you.

● Clear on the boundary of the role. You do not own commercial negotiation or executive relationship management, and you know when to bring the PGM in.
